RIPE90 in Lisbon will be the opportunity to give feedback about the nominees or anything else related to the selection of the next RIPE Chair Team to the NomCom.
Confidentiality
We will treat all your feedback in confidence and we ask you to not disclose anything about the discussions with us either. Please respect the process and the people involved, especially the nominees. If you prefer to make public statements there is always the RIPE discussion list which we are closely monitoring.
Hallways
All NomCom members will be in Lisbon. You are welcome to chat to us in the hallways. We plan to be on hand during the opening plenary and the community plenary.
Office Hours
We will hold office hours each day during the second half of the lunch breaks from 13:15 to 14:00 Lisbon time in the Castanea room on the first floor of the meeting venue.
Private Meetings
If you prefer a private meeting you may schedule this with the committee at other times by sending mail to <contact@ripenomcom.org>. We will try our best to match your avalability; however not all committee members may be available.
Virtual Meetings
We will schedule virtual meetings too for those who cannot make it to Lisbon. They will be held during the week following the meeting.
