Minutes of 1st Meeting Published

The minutes of the first meeting of the NomCom have been published. They took much longer than expected to prepare because I had fallen behind taking notes for about 5 minutes and it took some time to piece together what happened during that time. My apologies. The committee approved these minutes last Friday by an e-mail vote.
